HVAC Coverage
Heating, cooling, and air-handler protection for seasonal breakdowns.
Every FlipItAndGone plan is a map of the machines inside a house. Below is what members typically protect — and how a claim is meant to feel when one of those machines stops.
Heating, cooling, and air-handler protection for seasonal breakdowns.
Interior plumbing components that fail from ordinary wear inside the home.
Tank and many tankless units that lose heat, leak, or stop recovering.
Refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, and built-in microwave coverage.
You see what is in and what is out before you enroll — including common exclusions.
Tell us the symptom. We help you describe it so the right trade is dispatched.
Approved work is authorized to contract limits so invoices do not become a second surprise.
When a covered part is needed, we work the supply path instead of leaving you to hunt.
Bundle systems and appliances when you want one plan and one claim process.
Climate equipment is usually the costliest system in a home. A failed compressor, blower motor, or control board can turn a mild week into an uncomfortable one. HVAC coverage is designed for mechanical and electrical failures of the heating and cooling equipment named in your plan — not for duct redesign, refrigerant top-offs from leaks that are not covered, or comfort upgrades you simply prefer.
Members get the most from this coverage by changing filters, keeping outdoor units clear, and scheduling ordinary manufacturer maintenance. Those habits are not claims; they are how you keep a claim from becoming a replacement conversation too soon.
Interior plumbing coverage typically includes failures of covered fixtures and supply components inside the home. A leaking water heater connection, a failed built-in fixture, or a pump that will not run can be a claim. Slow drains from hair, roots outside the slab, or remodel work are a different category and are usually excluded.
When you request plumbing service, photos and a short description of when the issue started help us send the right specialist the first time.
Electrical coverage focuses on listed components such as panels, switches, and wiring failures that occur from normal wear. It is not a license to rewire a house or add circuits for a renovation. If breakers trip, outlets die, or a covered fan motor fails, file a claim with the symptoms and we will confirm whether the plan applies.
Kitchen and laundry appliances work hard. Coverage is for mechanical/electrical breakdown of named units — refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, washer, and dryer on qualifying plans. Cosmetic damage, racks, knobs, and issues from abuse are not covered. Water heaters are often selected as a core extra because replacement is expensive and failure is messy. Garage door opener coverage is a popular add-on for homes that rely on a motor daily.
Since our inception in 2014, we have been dedicated to pioneering clearer home warranty coverage — so a breakdown becomes a process, not a panic.
Coverage always follows the contract you enroll in. These answers describe typical plan language.
